About
Pratt Engineering combines mechanical engineering, digital scanning, and additive manufacturing to recreate parts for machines that were never meant to disappear.
Our Story
Pratt Engineering was founded by a mechanical engineer with a background in computational fluid dynamics and a passion for preserving older machines. After experiencing firsthand the difficulty of finding replacement parts for vintage Honda motorcycles, Pratt Engineering was created to apply modern engineering tools to obsolete components.
What We Believe
Machines are meant to last. Many motorcycles, vehicles, and equipment from previous decades remain valuable and functional, but their original parts are often unavailable.
Engineering solves problems. Using 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and additive manufacturing, we create replacement components for machines that manufacturers no longer support.
Knowledge should be preserved. Each part we recreate becomes part of a growing digital archive—a library of components that would otherwise be lost to time.
